Full Moon Atlas: Sector E-1
Southwestern Oceanus Procellarum
The southwestern section of Oceanus Procellarum
dominates the photograph, with the shadowy remains of Crater
Flamsteed P barely visible near the upper right corner; its
smaller parent crater, Flamsteed, is located on its
southern rim. Crater Grimaldi, also nearly flooded, appears
near the left center edge of the photo.
